The door is opening ever wider on the private lives of Burmese celebrities, according to journalist's for the country's glossy magazines.

Ten years ago, the big names in Burma's entertainment scene were able to protected their privacy without much difficulty. But the protective wall has dropped progressively lower as pop journals become less hesitant about snooping on the stars — and as the stars drop their traditional reluctance to talk to the media.
